Mono Equipment’s highly versatile upright prover has been designed for use in the bakery sector and has the option to have either heat and humidity or just heat only.
Manufactured in lightweight aluminium, the prover can accomodate up to 17 trays and features lockable safety castors for ease of manoeuvrability.
