This cabinet is intended for the presentation and sale of sweet pastries, especially those filled with whipped cream, butter cream or custard. Static coolin is provided in the whole display area as there are 3 separate evaporators placed under each shelf. Static cooling does not lead into drying of the sweet pastries as it is usual when using forced air cooling cabinets.
